Pre-Apprenticeship Leadership Award Winners

CLAC is proud to partner with the Pre-Apprenticeship Training Institute (PAT) to promote the trades and provide training to those interested in the trades. PAT runs a number of pre-apprenticeship programs at its two campuses in Ontario—one of which is located in the CLAC Cambridge Member Centre. 

As part of this partnership, CLAC awards a Leadership Award to one member of each graduation class. PAT instructors choose the winners based on their employability score, which includes attendance, participation, personality, time management, work site awareness, health and safety, and grades. The winner receives recognition, a new hard hat, and a gift card to the CLAC store. Congratulations to Andrew Schmidt, (Construction & Maintenance Electrician Program), and Andrew Bigelow (Heating and Ventilation and Advance Gas Technician Program)!
