Dental implants are now covered as an alternate benefit for bridge work. Should you choose to have dental implants instead of bridge work, the plan may cover up to the cost of the approved bridge work, subject to overall plan maximums. Your dentist should send an estimate to determine coverage if this applies to you. Erectile dysfunction (ED) medications are now covered. *Conditions apply.
