CLAC Members at JAC Mechanical Ratify First Contract

Sudbury, ON—Local 52 members employed at JAC Mechanical have ratified their first collective agreement. 

The three-year contract includes a pension plan with a four percent employer contribution that will increase by one percent in year three. Other highlights include a benefits package, vacation pay of six percent, and wage increases of 1.5 percent each year.
