Friday, March 17, 2017 CLAC Members at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Vote in Favour of New Contract Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Chatham, ON—Local 303 members employed by the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance voted 80 percent in favour of a new three-year collective agreement. The contract provides wage increases of 1.4 percent in both the first and second year, and a wage opener in the third year. RPNs also receive a 25-cent per hour wage adjustment in the first 18 months of the contract. In addition to wage increases, members benefit from improved shift and weekend premiums, vacation pay, bereavement and sick leave, benefits, and language regarding call ins and scheduling.
