Wednesday, November 22, 2023 CLAC and Hanover School Division Reach a Tentative Agreement Locals Local 306 News Sectors Education Steinbach, MB—On Monday, November 20, Hanover School Division and CLAC, the union representing educational assistants employed by the division, reached a tentative agreement through collective bargaining. A ratification vote is being held by CLAC on Wednesday, November 22. Should the collective agreement be ratified, the educational assistants will be welcomed back to work on Thursday, November 23.
