Wednesday, June 17, 2020 Circon Employees Gain Wage, Pension Improvements with New Contract Locals Local 52 Ratifications Sectors Construction North York, ON—The employees of Circon Construction Corporation, based in North York, unanimously ratified a renewed collective agreement. The agreement includes wage increases of 6.5 percent over the term of the agreement, plus an increase to pension contributions and improved vacation pay.
