A lengthy outbreak of COVID-19 at the facility in Ancaster took the lives of a number of residents. Many Local 302 members lived for weeks in a hotel during the outbreak. To say this was a rough time would be an understatement. To help members cope, Willowgrove conducted healing circles for staff. They also created a memorial wall for the residents who passed away.
