Newsletters Ontario Healthcare With pandemic restrictions lifted, your representatives continued to reach out to you and your fellow members across the province to meet in person in your facilities last fall. It was a good chance to listen to your concerns and celebrate the hard work you do every day in caring for our seniors and vulnerable people. Local 303 members at Village on the Ridge in Chatham enjoyed a day of celebration, including a food truck for lunch, for winning Revera’s 2021 Quality of Care Award. Local 304 members at Summit Place in Owen sound enjoyed a member appreciation barbecue in September. A big shout-out to CLAC intern Joseph Nanda and steward Kim Power for their help! Local 305 members employed by Anne Hathaway Retirement Residence in Stratford were all smiles at a pizza party thanking them for their hard work. Flor de Maria Dominguez (steward and Local 304 Board member) handed out CLAC T-shirts and calendars to her fellow members at Roberta Place in Barrie. Members will be heading soon into negotiations for a renewal of their collective agreement.
