The contract includes improvements to wages, healthcare benefits, vacation time, the uniform allowance, and maternity top-up, as well as access to full sick leave at the beginning of each year and changes to call-in and vacation language. In addition to the overall wage increases, specific classifications also received special increases to their hourly wage.
