Wednesday, June 4, 2025 CBI Home Health Employees Secure Annual Wage Increases with New Contract Local 501 Ratifications Healthcare SURREY, BC—Local 501 members employed by CBI Home Health Ltd. unanimously ratified a three-year collective agreement providing them with annual wage increases. The new contract provides members with a 5 percent increase followed by a 1.5 percent increase in year 2 and a 2.5 percent increase in year 3. The working alone premium was also increased. The 40 members are employed as mental health workers and healthcare aides.
