Monday, October 30, 2023 Canada Catering Employees Unanimously Ratify New Contract Locals Local 304 Ratifications Meaford, ON—Employees of Canada Catering Co., a Division of Brown’s+ Plus Inc., working at CFB Meaford voted unanimously in favour of ratifying a three-year collective agreement providing them with wage increases and other improvements. The 22 unionized employees are represented by Healthcare and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 304. The union has represented them since 1996. The new contract provides employees with an 11 percent wage increase over the term. In addition, the 15-year step on the wage grid was dropped to 3 years.
