Thursday, May 23, 2024 Big Wage Bump for Aquaflow Plumbing and Heating Workers Locals Local 6 Ratifications Sectors Construction Beamsville, ON—Plumbers and plumbing apprentices employed by Aquaflow Plumbing & Heating Service have ratified a new contract. Highlights include total wage increases of 19.4 percent over the life of the three-year collective agreement. The pension plan was also improved, and the employer agreed to a new $300 safety boot allowance. Aquaflow is an ICI/ICR plumbing contractor that serves the Hamilton and Niagara areas. Its employees have been represented by the Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 6, since 2021.
