Thursday, April 3, 2025 Bear Creek Terrace RNs Unanimously Ratify New Agreement Locals Local 303 Ratifications Sectors Health Care Petrolia, ON—Registered nurses employed at Omni Quality Living’s Bear Creek Terrace, a long term care home in Petrolia, Ontario, unanimously ratified a two-year collective agreement. The nurses are members of Southwestern Ontario Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 303. The new contract provides RNs with increases to wages as well as increases to paramedical coverage, including improvements to mental health coverage. It also provides them with accommodations for spiritual and cultural observances, in-service payment improvements, and bereavement improvements.
