Sunday, December 5, 2021 Bargaining Updates Newsletters Manitoba Local 306 • The last collective agreement for EnVision Community Living (Kindale Industries and Eastman Recycling Services) expired December 31, 2021. At time of printing, the bargaining committee had presented their proposals to members. • CLAC’s six-year collective agreement with Save-On-Foods expires September 30, 2022. Are you a team member interested in the bargaining process? There will be opportunity to get involved either through letting your name stand as a nominee to the bargaining committee or by engaging with surveys sent out by CLAC. • The agreement recently ratified by Hanover School Division Educational Assistants expires June 30, 2022. So too do the agreements for all members employed by Garden Valley School Division (educational assistants, library technicians, school administrative assistants, and school bus drivers). We will be looking for input from members in the coming weeks and months.
