Locals Local 6 Local 53 Newsletters Ontario Construction Congratulations to Brett Marsh, Korneliusz Samotik, and Ryan Fletcher, this year’s winners of CLAC’s Frank Kooger Apprenticeship Awards. Brett is a Local 6 member employed by Arthur Electric Inc. He attended Mohawk College. Korneliusz is a Local 6 member employed by Waltec Electrical Services Ltd. He attended Humber College. Ryan is a Local 53 member employed by J.M.R Electric Ltd. He attended Fanshawe College. Every year, CLAC hands out a number of $1,000 Frank Kooger Apprenticeship Awards to registered apprentices employed by CLAC-signatory companies. Recipients are chosen based on a combination of grades and recommendation by their school.
