Saturday, August 5, 2017 Award Winning Apprentices Guide Magazine News Every year, CLAC hands out a number of $1,000 Frank Kooger Apprenticeship Awards to registered apprentices employed by CLAC signatory companies. Recipients are chosen based on a combination of grades and recommendation by their school.
