Electric Ltd. in Exeter) and Local 150 member Justin Wilson (Leduc Electrical Services in Kingston), this year’s Ontario winners of $1,000 Frank Kooger Apprenticeship Awards. Every year, CLAC hands out a number of these Canada-wide awards to outstanding registered apprentices employed by CLAC-signatory companies. Recipients are chosen based on a combination of grades and recommendation by their school.
