Friday, August 9, 2019 Anne Hathaway Retirement Home Employees Ratify New Agreement Ratifications Stratford, ON—Employees of Anne Hathaway Retirement Home in Stratford voted overwhelmingly in favour of a new three-year collective agreement. The employees are members of Grand River Valley Health Care Workers Union, CLAC Local 305. The new agreement provides them with six percent wage increases across the board over three years, increases to the pension plan, and the introduction of a medication premium. “The negotiating teams on both sides worked very hard to put together a package that moved things forward on several issues,” says Michelle Million, bargaining committee member. “It was very satisfying that the bargaining committee voted unanimously to accept the new agreement.” You might be interested in Skill and Care on the Milk Route 17 Sep 2026 Building Skills, Growing Careers 15 Sep 2026 CLAC's Statement on Canada's Energy Future 14 Sep 2026 Seeing Clearly 13 Sep 2026
