Friday, August 9, 2019 Anne Hathaway Retirement Home Employees Ratify New Agreement Ratifications Stratford, ON—Employees of Anne Hathaway Retirement Home in Stratford voted overwhelmingly in favour of a new three-year collective agreement. The employees are members of Grand River Valley Health Care Workers Union, CLAC Local 305. The new agreement provides them with six percent wage increases across the board over three years, increases to the pension plan, and the introduction of a medication premium. “The negotiating teams on both sides worked very hard to put together a package that moved things forward on several issues,” says Michelle Million, bargaining committee member. “It was very satisfying that the bargaining committee voted unanimously to accept the new agreement.” You might be interested in #WomenWednesday - Shandora Threadgould 22 Jul 2026 The Power of Asking for Help 20 Jul 2026 How to Manage an Insecure Leader 16 Jul 2026 Heat of the Moment 13 Jul 2026
