Saturday, October 8, 2022 An Inspiring Housing Initiative For a year and a half, dozens of Local 6 members worked on a new apartment block in Kitchener that will house 41 women experiencing or are at risk of homelessness through the YWCA’s supportive housing program. Electric Ltd. did the building’s HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The complex recently began welcoming its first residents and is already making a positive impact in the community.
