All Roads Construction Members Strongly Endorse New Contract

Langley, BC—Ninety Local 68 members employed by All Roads Construction Ltd. voted 94 percent in favour of a new collective agreement.

“With great leadership from the union bargaining committee and with the team from CLAC behind us, we have reached a new one-year agreement,” says Jim Hermanson, a long-time  steward. “All the members are very happy with the teamwork.”

A major achievement of the contract is enrolment in an enhanced benefits plan. Members will also receive wage increases of eight percent and improvements to the retirement plan.

The members do asphalt production, paving and milling, as well as grading and concrete curbs and sidewalks. All Roads Construction works on projects across the Lower Mainland.
