Monday, April 20, 2026 Alder Concrete, Fritz-Alder Precast Employees Secure Annual Wage Increases, Other Improvements with New Contract Local 6 Ratifications Construction WATERLOO, ON—The 90 Local 6 members employed by Alder Concrete Group Ltd. and Fritz-Alder Precast Services, both based in Waterloo, Ontario, voted in favour of ratifying a two-year collective agreement providing them with annual wage increases and other improvements. The new contract provides members with annual increases to vacation pay, pension contributions, and healthcare benefits plus annual two percent wage increases over the term.
