Thursday, July 27, 2023 Albright Gardens Employees Vote Overwhelmingly in Favour of New Collective Agreement Locals Local 302 News Newsletters Ontario Healthcare Ratifications Sectors Healthcare Beamsville, ON—The employees of Albright Gardens in Beamsville, Ontario, have recently ratified a new two-year collective agreement, with over 95 percent voting in favour of the settlement. The renewal agreement contains special adjustments to the wage grid for all classifications that exceed industry norms as well as other monetary improvements. The employees are represented by Niagara Health Care and Service Workers Union, CLAC Local 302. The union has represented the employees since 2004, but after 15 years of representation with CLAC, they left to join Unifor.
