New Circon Agreement Brings Wage and Workwear Allowance Improvements

TORONTO—A new collective agreement has been ratified with Circon, a Toronto-based general contractor, providing wage improvements, enhanced travel reimbursements, and an increased boot and workwear allowance.

The agreement was negotiated by Construction Workers Union, CLAC Local 52, which has represented carpenters and labourers employed by Circon since June 2014.

The renewed contract includes wage increases aimed at maintaining competitive compensation, along with improvements to travel reimbursements and additional financial support for required boots and workwear.

Circon is a Toronto-based general contractor specializing in new construction and renovation projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
