CLAC’s Working at Heights (WAH) program provides the training you need to meet the legislative requirements in Ontario. Our program is approved by the Chief Prevention Officer and is open to CLAC members and the general public.
If you work on construction projects in Ontario and use travel restraint systems, fall restricting systems, fall arrest systems, safety nets, and work belts or safety belts as methods of fall protection, you need to complete a working at heights training program that has been approved by the Ministry of Labour’s chief prevention officer before you can work at heights. The Working at Heights (WAH) training requirements are set out in O. Reg. 297/13 and came into force on April 1, 2015.
