This course covers emergency scene management, minor wound care, airway obstruction, CPR with AED, shock and severe bleeding, and medical emergencies.
Please note that some practical components are required by WorkSafeBC to be completed on other people to better simulate real life situations. When students are working together, they are kept in the same groups for the day and are required to wear gloves, masks and eye protection (safety glasses or face shields).
