Everyday Champion!

Congratulations to Local 304 member Salvana Williams! Salvana is this month’s winner of CLAC’s Everyday Champions award.

Kristy Flys, a Local 304 member employed by Chartwell Regency Retirement Residence in Mississauga, Ontario, nominated Salvana, who has worked at the location for more than 17 years as a personal support worker and dietary server.

“Salvana pays careful attention to the fine details of customer service, anticipating the residents’ needs and providing them with a warm, friendly, and personalized experience,” explains Kristy. “She works as a team player and goes out of her way to help her coworkers, beyond the scope of her job. We always look forward to our shifts with her.”
