Midland Volunteers Climb the CN Tower

Local 920 members from Midland took part in the 26th annual World Wildlife Fund’s CN Tower Climb on April 17. It is the WF’s largest annual fundraiser.

  • Built by Canadian National Railways in 1976 for $63 million
  • 553.33 metres (1,815’ 5”)—tallest building in the world for over three decades
  • 1,776 steps and 144 flights of stairs to the top
