Wage Increases for Fellowship Towers Employees

DATE: December 21, 2012

Mississauga, ON—Members of Health Care and Service Workers Union, Local 304, employed by Fellowship Towers in Toronto, overwhelmingly ratified a new collective agreement providing wage increases of six percent over the three-year term, along with a special wage adjustment of an additional three percent for the RPN and RN classifications.

Other highlights of the agreement include an additional week of vacation, increases to weekend and night shift premiums, and contract language improvements.

“We’re pleased with the strong support and participation of the membership,” says Kevin Gates, CLAC Ontario representative. “The agreement provides them with solid gains amid the current climate of fiscal restraint.”
