Rigging Employees Ratify New Contract

Edmonton—Employees of Specialized Rigging Services Ltd. working in Alberta recently voted in favour of accepting a new collective agreement.

The employees, members of Construction Workers Union Local 63, will receive an average base wage rate increase of more than three percent, effective February 15, 2011.

Specialized Rigging Services is an industrial construction contractor that builds and installs modular components for oilsands projects in northern Alberta.
