Edmonton—Construction Workers Union, Local 63, members employed by PC Compression voted in favour of a new two-year contract.
The agreement provides employees with wage increases, an increase to employer-paid pension plan contributions, and improvements to the health benefit plan featuring increases to short and long term disability amounts. The agreement also includes a scheduled increase of two percent to wages in 2012.
PC Compression works out of Edmonton and Lloydminster. The employees build and service compressor stations for the oil and gas industry in Alberta.
