Aurora, ON—Construction Workers Local 52 members employed by Kile Contr. Inc., an underground utility contractor, voted unanimously in favour of a renewed three-year collective agreement, which provides wage increases of 13 to 15 percent over the term and increases to the pension plan.
“This was a great set of negotiations with both parties being satisfied with the result,” says Stephen Bromell, Ontario representative. “The union appreciates the overwhelming support of the membership with their endorsement of the settlement.”
