CEC Employees Ratify Contract

Aurora, ON—Employees of CEC Services voted unanimously in favour of a renewed collective agreement, which provides total package increases of ten percent over the life of the agreement.

The three-year agreement includes increases to wages, clothing and protective equipment allowances, and pension contributions.

“This was a positive and productive round of negotiations with both parties satisfied with the result,” says Stephen Bromell, Ontario representative. “The union appreciates the overwhelming support of the membership with their endorsement of the settlement.”
