But if injuries occur, we want you to have knowledgeable, sympathetic, and effective support throughout a workplace insurance claim.
If you're injured, the history of that claim becomes part of your life, from injury through to the fullest possible recovery. CLAC representation is designed to help you through a workplace insurance claim—with as few disruptions to your life as possible. The union's representatives work closely with a claims specialist to provide every injured worker with the confidential services that ensure you receive all the benefits to which you are entitled.
In the long run, it's worth doing the paperwork to get it right. After all, the injury might eventually leave you off work for a year or more or with a permanent disability.
