On-line Statement
Accessing your pension plan statement is easy, convenient, and secure. Please log in to our member portal at https://member.clac.ca to access your pension plan statement.
Easy: To view your most recently updated account information, simply enter your member ID and password.
Convenient: You have the freedom to visit the site any time you wish, day or night, from any computer with Internet access. This feature does not replace your regular statement, which is mailed to your home twice per year.
Secure: CLAC puts your privacy first, which is why, when you register for the member portal, we ask you to identify various information about yourself.
Please be aware that you are only able to access the current year’s statement using this site. On or around the 25th of each month, your statement is updated to include the previous month’s information. For example, on or around June 25, your statement is updated to include information as at May 31.
