12/18/09—Ontario Health Care Locals Host Provocative Speaker
Grimsby, ON—Attendance at the annual general meetings of Local 302 and Local 305 were both at record highs this year due to the inclusion of dynamic guest speaker Michael Lewis, whose presentation was titled, “And Other Duties As Assigned.” Lewis filled the room with laughter while providing members with a thought-provoking perspective on how to deal with the stress that comes from working in the health care field, where every day can hold a very different routine. The local boards thank all those who attended this year’s dinner events and encourage all members to take part in the 2010 meetings.
